REVEILLE’S CANINE PALS ARE WELCOME

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of the service to our guests, the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center extends a welcoming “Howdy!” to dogs staying with their owners. We understand how important your four-legged friend is to you. Our goal is to provide you and your dog a pleasant and fun-filled stay as well as a safe one. For the comfort and safety of all guests and their dogs, we kindly request that all dog owners act responsibly and respect other guests.


Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center does charge a $50 fee plus occupancy tax per stay. This fee will be added to your account upon check-in. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests of the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, the following guidelines are required for dog etiquette:

  • Weight limit for each dog is 75 pounds. Maximum two (2) dogs per room reservation
  • Dog owners agree to keep their dog on a leash or in a cage while the dog is in any public or common place within the Texas A&M Hotel
  • Dog owners agree to not leave their dog unattended at any time while the dog is in the Texas A&M Hotel
  • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area per the Texas Pool Code
  • A dog that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person in the Texas A&M Hotel must be immediately removed from the hotel upon request
  • Guests are responsible for pet waste clean up inside the Texas A&M Hotel and throughout the campus grounds
  • Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their dog(s)
  • Dog owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the dog. Dog owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand
  • Dog owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Texas A&M Hotel, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to claim for personal injury or property damage cause by the dog

Please remember the following dog procedures:

  • Never leave your dog unattended, this prevents disturbing your hotel neighbors
  • Never take your dog into the pool area
  • Use Do Not Disturb signs to alert your dog is in residence
  • Arrange off-site dog sitting service if necessary
  • Help control barking and other noise factors

If damage to hotel property or a disturbance is caused, a fee may apply
