Cancellation

These rates are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no show, or early departure.
2024 football weekend reservations require the following cancellation for all 2-night stays:

August 31, Notre Dame (30-Day Cancel Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. The full amount for room and tax will be charged as soon as the cancellation window closes. Once charged, reservations are non-refundable, non-creditable or non-modifiable and no refunds available for no show, early checkout)
September 7, McNeese (14-Day Cancel Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. The full amount for room and tax will be charged as soon as the cancellation window closes. September 21, Bowling Green (14-Day Cancel Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. The full amount for room and tax will be charged as soon as the cancellation window closes. October 26, LSU (30-Day Cancel Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. The full amount for room and tax will be charged as soon as the cancellation window closes. November 16, New Mexico State (14-Day Cancel Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Guarantees

All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking and reservation is not confirmed without credit card information. On special events, such as football games and University event weekends, credit card payment will be charged on appropriate cut-off date to avoid cancellation. Reservations for special event dates are not guaranteed and will be cancelled without this payment.

Parking

On gameday weekends, self-parking is available for $40 per night. Football weekend parking is exclusively for overnight hotel guests and is limited to one vehicle per room, two vehicles for suite reservations.

Hotel Information

Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M. | Check Out Time 11:00 A.M.
The Texas A&M University campus and Texas A&M Hotel property are 100% smoke free and tobacco free environments. A $500 cleaning fee charge will automatically be applied for guests who smoke in guest rooms.

Maximum Age To Qualify For Child Rate - 17 and under.

We’re pleased to offer our guests the following accommodations which are generally available for a fee:

Extra Adult: $25 for third and $25 for fourth person

Please note outside food or drink are not allowed to be brought on property. TABC code 28.06 prohibits guests to bring their own alcohol.

Incidentals

$50 per night will be authorized to the credit or debit card provided at check-in and be released upon check-out. In lieu of a credit or debit card, a cash deposit of up to $130 per night will be required at check-in.
